Day 1
Upon arrival in Srinagar, we met our representative at the pre-arranged location and were transferred to a charming houseboat. After completing the check-in formalities, we took a moment to relax and soak in the tranquil atmosphere. Settling into our cozy abode, we embarked on a serene journey through the shimmering waters of Dal Lake aboard a traditional Shikara. As we drifted along, my partner and I reveled in each other's company, taking in the picturesque views that surrounded us. Later, we made our way to Nehru Park, where we were treated to a breathtaking sight of the sun setting over the majestic Dal Lake, casting a mesmerizing glow across the horizon. Returning to our houseboat, we indulged in a delicious dinner and retired for the night, cherishing the memories of our enchanting day on the waters of Srinagar.
Day 2
After a satisfying breakfast, we bid farewell to our serene houseboat and were transferred to a hotel in Srinagar. Completing the check-in formalities swiftly, we eagerly set out to explore the city. Hand-in-hand with my partner, we embarked on a leisurely stroll through the renowned Mughal Gardens - Nishat Bagh, a garden of pleasure, and Shalimar Bagh, the Abode of Love. The beauty of these gardens, with their vibrant flora and tranquil ambiance, filled our hearts with joy. Continuing our journey, we ascended the Takht-e-Suleiman hill to seek the blessings of Lord Shiva at the Shankaracharya Temple, the oldest shrine in the Kashmir valley. As the evening approached, we meandered through the bustling markets, indulging in a bit of souvenir shopping and immersing ourselves in the local culture. Returning to our hotel, we enjoyed a delightful dinner, reminiscing about the day's adventures before retiring for the night, eagerly anticipating the experiences that awaited us in Srinagar.
Day 3
After relishing a delicious breakfast, we eagerly prepared to embark on an adventure to the enchanting meadows of Sonamarg. Nestled amidst alpine trees, exotic grasslands, and pristine lakes, Sonamarg serves as a base camp for the revered Amarnath Yatra pilgrimage. Our senses were delighted as we indulged in trout fishing at Krishansar and Vishansar lakes, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. Opting for a pony ride, we journeyed to Thajiwas Glacier, marveling at the stunning vista of the frozen lake framed by emerald meadows and a clear blue sky. Walking along the exotic grasslands of Baltal, we immersed ourselves in the untouched beauty of Sonamarg, feeling a profound connection with nature. As the day drew to a close, we bid farewell to this paradise and returned to our hotel in Srinagar, where a hearty dinner awaited us, followed by a restful overnight stay, cherishing the memories of our captivating day in Sonamarg.
Day 4
After a hearty breakfast, we bid farewell to our hotel in Srinagar and embarked on a journey to Pahalgam, a scenic paradise for adventure enthusiasts. Pahalgam welcomed us with its picturesque meadows, gurgling streams, and lush apple orchards, creating a mesmerizing landscape reminiscent of a marvelous portrait. We embarked on a delightful walk through charming meadows, leading us to the renowned Aru Valley and Betaab Valley, both of which have gained fame through various Bollywood movie shoots. The beauty of the surroundings left us in awe as we soaked in the tranquility of nature's embrace. For the adventurous at heart, the option of river rafting in the gushing waters of Lidder River added an exhilarating touch to our day. As the sun began to set, we returned to our hotel in Pahalgam, where a delicious dinner awaited us, followed by a comfortable overnight stay, surrounded by the serenity of this beautiful valley.
Day 5
Sightseeing in Pahalgam | A Beautiful Town Adorned with the Best of Scenery that Nature has to Offer
Awakening to the gentle embrace of morning, we savored a hearty breakfast to fuel our day ahead. Seeking solace and tranquility, we embarked on a journey to the Martand Temple in Pahalgam, where the ancient ruins still resonate with divine vibes and energy. Amidst the temple's remnants, we found a sense of peace that transcended time. With the rest of the day at our leisure, we embraced the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the beauty of Pahalgam. Taking a romantic stroll hand in hand, we meandered through lush green meadows, breathing in the crisp mountain air and basking in the serenity of nature's embrace. As the sun began its descent, we returned to our haven in Pahalgam, where a delightful dinner awaited us, followed by a serene overnight stay, enveloped in the tranquil ambiance of this picturesque paradise.
Day 6
In Gulmarg, we started with a visit to India's largest golf course, followed by a delightful exploration of strawberry fields. Adventurous spirits soared as we embarked on pony or ATV rides through picturesque valleys and slopes. The day culminated with an excursion to Alpather Lake for horse riding enthusiasts. Returning to our hotel, we enjoyed a sumptuous dinner and a peaceful overnight stay, cherishing the memories of our exhilarating adventures in this mountain paradise.
Day 7
In Gulmarg, we savored a hearty breakfast before embarking on an exploration of its majestic vistas. The highlight was a thrilling ride on the second-highest Gondola in the world, offering breathtaking views of the Kashmir Valley and snowy peaks. We then indulged in skiing, snowboarding, sledging, and zorbing, adding excitement to our day. Exploring the local market, we relished the area's delicacies. Day 8
With the sunrise, we enjoy breakfast, pack up, and bid farewell to Gulmarg. Reflecting on our adventures, we head back to Srinagar, cherishing the memories made in the mountains. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation by You:
- If you decide to cancel your holiday booking, please provide written notice to our office. We will process your cancellation and issue a refund for the tour cost after deducting the applicable cancellation charges as outlined below:
- From the booking date until 30 days prior to the arrival date: A 30% charge of the package cost.
- From 30 days to 15 days before the arrival date: A 50% charge of the package cost.
- From 15 days to 7 days before the arrival date: A 75% charge of the package cost.
- For cancellations made within 5 days of the arrival date: 100% of the package cost will be charged.
- Changes Made by Us Before Travel:
- We reserve the right to make changes to your holiday itinerary due to unexpected circumstances. If you are not willing to accept a significant change, which we will inform you of before your departure, we will, if possible, offer you an alternative holiday of similar standard and price at no additional cost, or a less expensive holiday. In such cases, we will refund the price difference. Alternatively, you can choose a different holiday offered by us and pay or receive a refund for any price difference. If you prefer, you can cancel your holiday and receive a full refund of your deposits, minus any amendment charges of Rs 1475.00.
- Unless the change is due to circumstances such as fighting, disturbances, terrorist activities, natural disasters, fires, or severe weather conditions, we will provide compensation as follows:
- Before 12 days prior to the departure date: Deposits only.
- Before 7 days prior to the departure date: 100% of the Holiday Cost.
- Before 4 days prior to the departure date: 100% of the Holiday Cost + 1.25% of Holiday Cost.
- Before 2 days prior to the departure date: 100% of the Holiday Cost + 3.50% of Holiday Cost.
- If we cancel your tour due to unavoidable circumstances or if we cannot provide promised services, we will refund the full amount of your deposits. For Amarnath helicopter tickets, if they are not available on the requested dates, we will refund the full amount of deposits.
- Circumstances Beyond Our Control:
- We cannot provide compensation, reimburse expenses, or cover losses for any changes to your holiday or non-delivery of services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to war, airport closures, epidemics, natural disasters, terrorist activities, civil unrest, industrial disputes, and bad weather. An amount of 2500 INR per person will be non-refundable, in addition to the applicable cancellation policy for your holiday package.
- Your Responsibility:
- While we want you to have an enjoyable and carefree holiday, it's important to remember that you are responsible for your actions and their impact on others and the property. If we or any authority figure believes your actions may disrupt others, put them at risk, damage property, or deem you unfit to travel, we may terminate your contract and your holiday. In such cases, you will not be eligible for a refund, compensation, or any additional costs incurred.
- Additionally, you are responsible for your safety and the condition of the property you occupy. We are not liable for accidents resulting from irresponsible behavior or for accidents caused by broken glass, china, or similar items left in a way that could cause harm.
- We understand that you may consume alcohol as part of your enjoyment, but please do so responsibly. We assume no liability for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from impaired judgment due to alcohol.
- You are also financially responsible for any damage to accommodation, furniture, equipment, or other materials within the accommodation, along with any legal costs incurred in pursuing a claim. Please report any breakages, defects, or damage immediately.
- If your behavior or that of your travel companions causes a diversion, you will be held liable for all costs associated with that diversion. We are not responsible for the behavior of others in your accommodation or for any facilities or services withdrawn due to their actions.
